Expedition live update!

The Ellesmere expedition

The expedition will begin at Ward Hunt Island, the northernmost point of Canada accessible from the coast, but the true starting point will be Cape Columbia, the northernmost tip of Ellesmere Island. From there, they will cross three of the largest glaciers in the Northern Hemisphere: the Grant, Agassiz, and Prince of Wales Icecaps.
The final destination of the crossing will be King Edward Point, at the southern tip of the island, before ending the journey in Grise Fiord, the northernmost community in the country.
